Statmate is an independent project, and feedback genuinely shapes what gets built next. Whether you've hit a bug, have a feature idea, spotted something wrong in a report, or just have a question the FAQ didn't answer, get in touch.
If your username isn't being found, it's usually a typo, the wrong platform selected, or a profile whose games aren't public — the FAQ covers the common fixes. For anything else, or if those don't help, drop a message and we'll get back to you.
If something's broken, it helps to include your platform (Chess.com or Lichess), the username you scanned, roughly what you expected versus what happened, and your browser. That's usually enough to reproduce and fix it quickly.
